About Jennifer

Coach. Publisher. Instructional Designer.

I’ve spent more than 25 years building things that help people learn, grow, and feel a little less alone: training programs, courses, books, songs, photographs, and communities. My work doesn’t fit neatly into one box, and I’ve stopped trying to force it into one. If you’re here, you probably want the whole picture, so here it is.

The Work

I’m an instructional designer and publisher with 25+ years of experience and 150+ educational resources published across Udemy, Amazon KDP, Payhip, and Etsy, everything from facilitator guides and corporate training toolkits to workbooks, courses, assessments, journals, and coloring books.

My flagship work right now lives under the Facilitator Institute, where I design corporate training programs, like The Facilitator Program and The Service Facilitator, that help frontline teams build presence, emotional regulation, and real communication skills, grounded in self-determination theory. I also created The Clarity Cleanse, a 1,000-question self-guided reflection workbook for anyone ready to get honest with themselves.

Alongside that, I hold certifications in NLP, EFT, hypnotherapy, life coaching, Reiki, logotherapy, and I’m an ordained minister. This training shapes how I think about growth, resilience, and what actually helps people change.

The Creative Side

Before any of this, I was a stage performer for 25 years, a cover band singer who spent decades learning how to read a room and hold an audience. That skill quietly shows up in everything I design today.

I’m also a photographer. The I Am… Project is a five-issue photography magazine series I created celebrating over 100 women from Central Kentucky, with readers now in 34+ countries.

The Personal Side

I’m a mother and grandmother, based in Versailles, Kentucky, with family I love visiting in Texas. I believe in honesty with yourself as the foundation for everything else, that trust is earned rather than assumed, and that everyone has the right to pursue happiness on their own terms.

Why It’s All Here

I could give you a tidier bio. But I’d rather you know the real range of what I do. The same curiosity that makes me a good instructional designer is what makes me a good photographer, and the same discipline that got me through decades on stage is what I bring to building a training program grounded in real human psychology. It’s all one thread.
